Business Development Manager will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts. You’ll identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

    Responsibilities Include

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

  • Develops, manages, and guides sales activities for the company.
  • Proposes and executes policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and/or services.
  • Designs and applies the sales strategy and sales plan.
  • Performs a wide variety of activities to advertise and promote the sale of organization’s products or services.
  • Works with advertising agencies to create a variety of publicity methods, including preparing displays, staffing, and participating in trade shows; directs and trains less experienced advertising and sales promotion employees.
  • Provides customers with product or service information to assist them in determining appropriate services to purchase.
  • Recommends additional products or services to meet customer needs. May arrange special orders, delivery or installation.
